These terms are a starter policy for the SOURCE OS rollout operated by Tech Bravo. They should be reviewed by qualified counsel before paid subscriptions or broad public access are enabled.

Use of the Service

SOURCE OS is provided to organizations for internal operational planning, accountability, metrics, meetings, and process documentation. Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information they enter.

Accounts and Access

Access may be limited, suspended, or removed if an account is misused, if an invitation is shared without permission, or if continued access would create a security, operational, or legal risk.

Partner Program

Partner, reseller, referral, or implementation relationships require written Tech Bravo approval. No person or company may promise SOURCE OS pricing, free access, trial terms, commissions, implementation scope, white-label delivery, or client attribution unless a signed written agreement authorizes it. Commissions, if any, depend on approved attribution, active paid client status, payout rules, and ongoing compliance with the partner agreement. Partners may not misrepresent SOURCE OS, spam prospects, redistribute protected SOURCE material, or bind Tech Bravo to obligations.

Operating Continuity and Backups

SOURCE OS is an operating aid, not the only copy of your business-critical records. Especially during beta, users should not rely on SOURCE OS as their sole mission-critical backup, disaster recovery plan, legal archive, financial record, or emergency operating record. Keep appropriate exports, database backups, document copies, offline files, or paper-ready materials for information the business cannot afford to lose. The SOURCE operating method should remain usable without the software if hosting, internet access, email, payment systems, or the application itself is unavailable.

No Official EOS Affiliation

Tech Bravo is not an official EOS Implementer. SOURCE OS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by EOS Worldwide.

Third-Party Trademarks

EOS(R), Entrepreneurial Operating System(R), and related EOS names, marks, tools, and terminology are trademarks or registered trademarks of EOS Worldwide, LLC or their respective owners. Any reference to EOS-related terminology is for identification, compatibility, commentary, or comparison only and does not imply sponsorship, authorization, license, endorsement, or official implementer status.

SOURCE Intellectual Property

SOURCE, the SOURCE Manual, SOURCE Architect outputs, SOURCE terminology, Systemic Operational Unity & Resource Control Ecosystem, Data Sovereignty, Friction Tax, Interaction Leadership, Pilot vs. Passenger, Sales Firewall, Service Reserve, Client Readiness Audit, 14-Day Stagnation Rule, Auto-Reopen Protocol, Command Rule of Authority, SOURCE Technical KPIs, RMA Workflow Logic, generated templates, operating structures, and related Tech Bravo protocols are proprietary concepts, labels, workflows, and documentation authored by Brian Keith Bell / Tech Bravo unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, publish, redistribute, resell, train systems on, or create derivative materials from the protected SOURCE doctrine except as expressly allowed in writing by Tech Bravo.

Framework Distinction

SOURCE OS is designed as a Tech Bravo operating platform for accountability, data discipline, resource control, and technical-service workflow management. It may discuss or interoperate with concepts familiar to companies using third-party business operating frameworks, but SOURCE OS is not a replacement for official training, facilitation, licensing, or materials from those third-party framework owners.

Availability and Changes

The service is in an early rollout stage. Features, availability, limits, and policies may change as the platform develops.
