SOURCE OS Partners

Help clients stop running on scattered systems.

For consultants, MSPs, implementers, and operators who help service-heavy clients choose, adapt, integrate, or fully use ERP, CRM, helpdesk, ticketing, ecommerce, mailbox, and operating systems.

Implementation partners

Help clients translate ERP, CRM, helpdesk, ticketing, ecommerce, mailbox, and informal workflow into visible ownership, metrics, and meeting rhythm.

Referral clarity

Partner attribution, free trial windows, commissions, and client ownership are controlled by written approval so expectations stay clean.

Partner K-BASE

Approved partners can use protected field guides, curriculum, and guardrails; public visitors see safe teasers until access is granted.

No false promises

SOURCE OS partners sell disciplined operating adoption, not magic software. Guardrails protect the client, partner, and platform.

Implementor curriculum

Approved implementors get a teaching path for owners, admins, and teams, with room for field judgment inside SOURCE OS guardrails.

Manual-first terms

Trial access, attribution, commissions, and client scope can vary by partner, but they stay written, reviewed, and approved by Tech Bravo.

Who the partner program is for

The SOURCE OS partner path is for consultants, MSPs, implementers, fractional operators, and service-business advisors who help clients move from scattered tools and informal memory into visible operating rhythm.

Where partners create value

Partners can help clients choose, adapt, integrate, or fully utilize ERP, CRM, helpdesk, ticketing, ecommerce, mailbox, and line-of-business systems. SOURCE OS becomes the command layer above those tools: priorities, metrics, owners, QMA friction, K-BASE, protocols, reports, and Unity Sync cadence. Approved partners can also receive protected Partner K-BASE access for field guides, rollout curriculum, and guardrails while public visitors only see safe previews.

Referral and implementation model

V1 is intentionally simple. A partner can introduce a fit client, support early setup, and help translate fractured operations into a SOURCE-ready ecosystem. Trial windows, free access, attribution, implementation fees, and recurring commission terms must be approved in writing by Tech Bravo before they are promised to any client.

What partners should not promise

SOURCE OS is not magic software, a replacement for legal/accounting advice, or a guarantee that a client will adopt better habits. The partner's job is to help the client define the real work, select or use the right systems, capture evidence, assign ownership, and build operating discipline.

Partner Application

Apply to work with SOURCE OS clients

Use this application if you serve organizations that need better ERP, CRM, helpdesk, ticketing, ecommerce, mailbox, or operating-system adoption. Do not promise trials, discounts, commissions, implementation scope, or white-label rights until Tech Bravo approves them in writing.

Review terms

Manual-first partner control

Short form, reviewed manually.

Partner access, referral attribution, implementation scope, trial windows, commissions, and client terms stay controlled by written Tech Bravo approval.

  • Implementation-only, referral-only, or combined partner paths.
  • Client terms and trial access stay explicit.
  • No commission promise exists until approved in writing.

Partnership Guardrails

Clear rules before referrals, trials, or client work.

SOURCE OS partners can help clients adopt cleaner operating habits, but every partner path stays written, approved, and practical.

Partner agreement preview

This preview is not a final contract. It describes the guardrails Tech Bravo expects before approving referral, reseller, or implementation partnerships.

Authority

Partners may not represent themselves as employees, agents, or authorized resellers of Tech Bravo unless a signed written agreement says so. Partners may not bind Tech Bravo to pricing, implementation scope, support commitments, trial length, free access, commissions, or client terms.

Client fit and conduct

Partners should introduce SOURCE OS only to clients with a practical operating need: visible ownership, better system adoption, ERP/CRM/helpdesk cleanup, ticket or lead triage, resource controls, K-BASE discipline, and meeting rhythm. No spam, deceptive outreach, false urgency, or overpromising is allowed.

Attribution and commissions

Referral attribution and commission eligibility require written approval before or at the time of introduction. Commission percentage, duration, payout trigger, clawback rules, taxes, and payment method must be stated in the signed agreement. No commission is owed for existing clients, unapproved leads, disputed attribution, self-dealing, or accounts that do not become paying customers.

Trials and free access

Free trials, early-adopter access, free forever exceptions, and partner-seeded demo ecosystems are controlled by Tech Bravo. Partners may request them, but may not promise them.

Protected material

SOURCE Manual content, SOURCE doctrine, generated templates, platform copy, internal playbooks, partner-visible K-BASE articles, and client operating material remain protected. Partners may use approved materials to support approved clients, but may not publish, resell, train systems on, or redistribute protected SOURCE material without written permission.

No white-label default

White-label or co-branded delivery is not included by default. Any private branding, reseller portal, client-facing representation, or managed-account model requires a separate written add-on.
