Direct integrations are useful, but they are not the first requirement for operating discipline. SOURCE OS can begin with CSV exports from the tools a team already uses so metric history becomes visible quickly.
What belongs in the import
The metric import expects metric name, entry date, actual value, and optional notes. SOURCE OS matches the metric name inside the current ecosystem and updates the metric/date row if it already exists.
What stays in the client system
SOURCE OS imports operating signals. Client operational knowledge, ticket details, customer records, invoices, mailbox history, and helpdesk content should remain in the client's ERP, CRM, helpdesk, mailbox, ecommerce, or knowledge systems unless there is a deliberate implementation reason to move them.
Implementation rhythm
Use CSV as the first bridge before API work. Export the report, map the fields, review the import, then use Unity Sync and QMA to decide whether deeper integration is worth the effort.
